I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine in the end. The replacement took longer than I thought it would, but I kind of expected that since these things always seem to move slowly when you actually need them. Support was okay overall, nothing amazing, but they did get it sorted eventually

"Packaging could’ve been nicer"
The postcard itself was fine, so maybe I’m just being a little picky because I bought it as a gift, but the packaging felt cheap and not really cared for. One corner arrived slightly bent too, which kind of took away from the overall feel. I might’ve had higher expectations since it was meant to look nice when I gave it to someone. Not awful, just a bit disappointing.

I wasn’t expecting much, but the address book import actually worked well. My contacts came over fine overall, though I did notice one small typo issue I had to fix manually.

"Turned out better than I expected"
I wasn’t totally sure how the print would look since I uploaded the photo straight from my phone, but it actually came out really nice. The colors looked fresh and clear, not washed out at all, and the image was sharper than I expected. The paper had a good feel to it too, which made the card seem a little more special to me. It took a few days to arrive, but when I opened it, I was really happy with how it turned out.

I’m usually cautious when something goes wrong with an order, so I reached out to support and kept track of everything just in case. To be fair, they got back to me quickly and sorted the issue without any hassle. Ended up being a smooth fix.

"Super easy to format my message"
I used MyPostcard to send a card the message part was really simple. I just typed what I wanted, adjusted the spacing a bit, and could see how it was going to look before I sent it, which made it way easier than some other apps I’ve tried...
Nothing felt confusing or overly technical, and the finished card looked clean and nicely put together. I’m not the most techy person, so I really appreciated that. I’d definitely use it again

The photos came out really nice overall. The quality was great, and the colors looked true to life. I’d definitely say it’s worth considering if you want good-looking prints.

"So many nice card designs"
I really liked the card designs on mypostcard.com. There were so many to choose from, like so many, and it didn’t feel like the same boring stuff I keep seeing on other sites.
I found a birthday card fast, and it looked nice without me having to fuss with it much. Super easy, easy little way to send something quick but still personal

"Works fine, but not the smoothest app"
From what I remember using it, the app got the job done, but it felt a little clunky at times. It took me a bit to figure out where some of the options were, and uploading photos went okay, though I do remember it lagging a little on my phone. Not a bad app overall, just not the easiest or smoothest experience.

It took way longer than expected to arrive, and when it finally got here, the card was bent. Now I have to deal with the hassle of figuring out a replacement or return, which is just extra work I didn’t need.

The site made sense right away, I uploaded my photo without any weird issues, and then checkout was just straightforward, which I always appreciate because that’s usually where I get annoyed. Anyway, it only took me a few minutes and I’d definitely use it again

I used MyPostcard to send a card, mostly because I’d completely forgotten to buy one in time and didn’t feel like rushing around to find a mailbox. i thought it might take ages to arrive, but it got there in just a few days. I used my card, got the confirmation quickly, and did not run into any weird errors or have to enter everything again. I really appreciated that because I do not have much patience for long checkouts.

"Tracking left me guessing a bit"
I ordered a postcard and, to be fair, the app itself was easy to use. I don’t think I was being impatient, but the tracking had me second-guessing what was going on because it just sat on “shipped” for a while without any real updates.
It did show up eventually, just a little later than I thought it would. Overall, I like the idea and the service was fine, but I feel like clearer tracking would’ve saved me from wondering if it was actually moving or just stuck somewhere.
